HI-NO-DE FOUNDATION
Bridging India and Japan through Skilled Human ResourcingTITP
TITP is an ambitious program between the government of India and Japan aimed at developing Human Resources technically through transfer of Skill, Knowledge and Technology. The program is aimed to technically skill-up youth/s of India through On-the-Job training programs implemented and executed in Japan. Presently, the program is open in 80 Job categories in which youth/s of India can participate and enhance their professional skills while being paid handsomely – at par with their Japanese counterparts. The internship program is for a period of maximum 5 years after which the candidate has the option to extend his/her stay in Japan, or return (to India), and also get permanent residence status of Japan.
The program which is completely regulated by the laws of Japan is presently open in approx 81 Job Categories (https://www.jitco.or.jp/en/_files/titp.pdf) and 145 Job Operations.
※ Any candidate who meets the eligibility as per that Job category requirement/s may apply directly for placements without repeating the training part. No training fee is chargeable in such cases.
HI-NO-DE Foundation (HI-NO-DE) is a duly empaneled organization from Government of India through National Skill Development Corporation (N.S.D.C.) as a Sending Organization to enroll, train, and send eligible candidates to Japan under this program.
Benefits
During the internship period, the candidate is offered Social Security, – Medical Insurance, Pension, Bonus, etc. besides attractive remuneration which is one of the best in the world and at par with what her/his native Japanese counterpart would be paid. The average salary paid to the candidate per month ranges between 1,00,000 – 1,50,000 in Indian Rupees at the start of training and by-and-large a candidate should be able to easily save over 32 lacs(*) in Indian rupees within 5 years of internship. The candidate is offered complete placement support when or if she/he chooses to return to India post completion of the internship period in Japan, which is regarded as one of the most secure, safe, highly advanced and developed in Technology, and keeping utmost hygiene standards in the world.
(*) statutory deductions, accommodation, cost of living – food, electricity, water, gas, mobile expenses have been taken into consideration.
