Overview
HI-NO-DE FOUNDATION was founded in 2010 by Neeraj Sharma, which initially started as a Japanese language school. HI-NO-DE FOUNDATION is a sending organization impaneled by the Government of Indian to send skilled youths of India to Japan. Currently HI-NO-DE FOUNDATION caters to 4 businesses within human resource development.
TITP
TITP is an ambitious program between the government of India and Japan aimed at developing Human Resources technically through transfer of Skill, Knowledge and Technology. Under the program, India aims to send its young human resource to undergo technical training for three to five years in Japan.
IT Training
HI-NO-DE offers Internship as well as IT courses, from programming language, digital marketing, web-site development, SEO, hosting and security, networking, etc. under expert trainers to Japanese citizens who wish to study IT and/or also intern in India. The course is residential wherein accommodation is provided by HI-NO-DE.

IT Placement
HI-NO-DE, in tie-up with Japanese IT companies recruit and send trained India IT professionals to Japan as High-Skill professionals on proper VISA to work in Japan. Recruit and secure placement opportunities for the Indian youths with excellent IT skills. Train them on various scope (Japanese Culture, Business manner, terms, language, etc.) & send them to Japan.
Cram School
HI-NO-DE Foundation in partnership with Ichishin Holdings Co. Ltd. – one of the largest Jyuku companies of Japan, and a duly listed Company on the Tokyo Stock Exchange provides an educational environment that is similar to japan to Japanese children from junior to high school preparing them for entrance examinations back in Japan.
