Admission Process (for reference purposes ONLY, for job category : ‘Care Worker’)
- Preliminary introduction between HI-NO-DE and candidates
- Orientation – 1 : explanation of the program – T.I.T.P. and required documentation at initial stage
- Soft screening of applications and documents
- Request for introduction video (as explained in orientation – 1)
- First filtration (based only on soft screening)
- Orientation – 2: detailed explanation of Orientation -1 and job category and its functions
- An informal inter-active session between candidates and HI-NO-DE
- General objective type test (based on History, Current Affairs, Culture, etc., of India and Japan)
- Individual and Group Interviews
- Second filtration
- Orientation – 3: review of Orientation 1 and 2; and explanation of terms and conditions of HI-NO-DE for admission to this program
- Provisional Enrollment
- Start of training with approx.. first 1 month as trial period
- End of trial period and final selection
- Continuation of training of final selected candidates
- 2 Orientations (revisions) of T.I.T.P. in-between the training sessions
- Preparation for placement interviews
- Requested information at initial stage (before stage – POINT 2 above) for VISA and TICKETING for the selected candidates
- The internship program in JAPAN starts which is for a period of maximum 5 years after which the candidate has the option to extend her stay in Japan, or return (to India), and also apply for permanent residence status of Japan.
