ELIGIBILITY
- Eligibility in any particular Job category shall vary as per the guidelines set-forth by the Japanese government for that particular Job category (termed as basic / mandatory eligibility), including successfully clearing Japanese language test, and any particular eligibility criterion as required by the potential employer (over and above the basic / mandatory eligibility).
- The eligibility conditions, screening as well as selection of candidates for admission to the course shall be the sole prerogative of “HI-NO-DE” which it shall exercise based on the mandatory (Japan) government guidelines, as well as preferences and / or requirements from the potential employer/s.
- For the Job Category : ‘Care Worker’, and the following eligibility conditions apply :
- Preferably Female, Age : 18 < 27 as on the date of enrollment (upper age can be relaxed based on internal evaluation for the ‘exceptionally’ deserving candidate)
- Qualification : A.N.M., or G.N.M., or B. Sc. Nursing
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Strict Time Management
- Complete and proper understanding of “HI-NO-DE” orientation/s
- Candidate’s overall outlook, personality, adaptability, etc.
- Candidate should be free from any domestic, or professional pre-occupation
- Candidate should be willing to undergo a full-time residential pre-departure training of “HI-NO-DE”, and willing to re-locate domestically, for the pre-departure training, and subsequently to Japan
- Any other as per the requirement/s at the sole discretion of “HI-NO-DE” as at the time of mobilization
