I Joined Hi No De Group in initial stages of my Carer. The counseling regarding scope and which career to choose was top notch. The biggest difference between Hinode and other places has been commitment. No other organization offeres such reliability and commitment towards what they offer. I can recommend Hinode as One of the most ethical organization in business Related to Japan and Japanese companies in India. Fortunately, i also had experience working with Hinode on a business assignment benefits of working with Hinode :
1) Proper papaerwork, which is very Important in gaining future employments
2) big Respectable brands as Clients which can enhance your resume.
3) Learning opportunities
4) On time Payment, of all the assignments
5) future networking opportunities.
6) Recurring work assignments which can be very useful for people working in Freelance.

I completed my undergraduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Indraprastha University, New Delhi. Along with my bachelor's, I started learning the Japanese Language out of interest in my third year of under-graduation at HINODE. I have completed my master's degree in Informatics from Shizuoka University, Japan and will start working with a Japanese company from October 2019.
When I joined HINDODE, I was clueless about how the Japanese language can boost one's career. However, the right guidance and support go a long way to build a person. Neeraj San was a constant motivation for me who advised me at every step. His advice of becoming proficient in a skill instead of running for a job proved apt for me. I passed JLPT N2 level while studying at HINODE. His persistent efforts to bring opportunities for the students studying at HINODE were commendable. I applied for a master's course in Japan through one of the scholarship programs that were introduced by the Universities at HINODE.
Besides, not only for higher education, I got assistance from HINODE when I was looking for a job in India. The teachers were Japanese Native that helped me improve my Japanese speaking skills. At last, I would like to say that if someone wants to work in Japan, it is nearly impossible without Japanese language. Hence, my advice would be to concentrate on the same. Moreover, choosing the right mentor can change a life. I feel blessed that a person like me, who never dreamt of going outside India, was guided by this institute to let me dream big and beyond what I urged for.

I joined HI-NO-DE in back Jan'2015 as a beginner Japanese learner.
I never expected that learning a new language will be so fun, as I was just a beginner in the Japanese language at the time of joining the institute.
Thanks to Yamane sensei and Yamashita sensei who provided me with enough confidence to speak Japanese.
Teachers in the institute didn't just stick to textbooks for teaching, weekly speeches in the classroom helped in improving my language.
Special Thanks to Neeraj san who always supported all their students and provided help in every way. I am glad that I get to know him as his experiences in Japan always keep me motivated to work hard for the goals in your life.

I have cleared JLPT level N3 level, studying for N2 and currently working as Quality officer cum Japanese resource in japan based auto parts manufacturing company. I joined as a Japanese language student in Hinode foundation from 2015-2017. During this time, I not only learnt the language but also about Japanese culture & etiquette which helped me a lot when I got placed as a language resource person in my present company. The institute has been instrumental in not only helping me learn the nuances of this beautiful language but also in getting placed. The class sizes are limited so you are guaranteed that “small discussion group” experience that I think is key to learning any foreign language. Here, the stress is on developing interest in the language and learning from native teachers especially helped in this regard.
I would like to especially thank, Neeraj Sharma Sir for his mentoring and counselling and for opening the doors of another world altogether for me which eventually led my company sending me to Japan this year. I will forever be grateful to this institute and its wonderful teachers who nurtured my language skills and gave me a lifelong treasure.

I was the part of Hinode Group for almost 2 years. I started my carrier because of the Japanese language so hinode group has played a major role in that.
I have done all the 3 level of JLPT upto N3 and attempted for N2 as well. Expecting positive result this time, fingers crossed.
Currently working with DXC Technology, Bengaluru as a Financial Analyst ll, working with Japanese stakeholders.
It was a very nice experience for me being the part of this hinode group. Lots of memories with the teachers and the staff. I have spent most of the time here to make my carrier.

Those were the days. 🙂

Respected Neeraj San,
こんばんは!!

I am writing this mail to thank you for all the efforts that you put in during our stay in Delhi and for keeping patience when we faltered. I had an amazing time in Delhi learning Japanese and thank you for making the class so interactive and interesting for us.

When I got a job offer from Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, I was overwhelmed by the fact that I would get to go to such a wonderful country like Japan and start my corporate career with such an engineering giant as MHI. It was like a dream come true. The only worry that faced me and my parents was the Japanese Language and how I would be able to interact with the people in Japan. People told me that the Japanese language was very tough to learn and I would not be able to learn anything in a duration of one month. But you and your talented teachers at J-life made it look easy, interesting and fun to learn. I never expected myself to grasp so much of Japanese in a month's time.

I will now feel much more confident every time I enter my office or a convenience store or any other place in Japan. Even though I know that I have not even covered half the path to knowing the complete Japanese Language but I promise you that I will keep striving hard to learn more of Japanese and built on the strong base that J-life has provided.

The most interesting and unique part about the class were your lectures. I am sure that the lessons that you have taught us will go a long way with us and we will go a long way in life if we implement them in our day to day life. It was truly inspiring to learn about the Japanese culture and their cultural rules from an Indian who has served in Japan for a very long time and was the only non-Japanese person in the board of Japan airlines. You have given us a unique perspective about the Japanese way of life and their corporate rules which probably no-one else would have been able to provide. I have learned that knowing how to conduct yourself in and out of a corporate setting is as important as knowing the Japanese language itself. I will try to be as Japanese as I can and will return and not encash the leverage that I will get because of being a foreigner. When in Rome, do as the Romans do !

Thank you for all the efforts that you put in doing all the other things like booking the hotel, managing the finance and making our stay in Delhi so interesting. Please contact me whenever you come to Japan so that we can meet. This is my email id (mxxxx.gxxxxxxxx@gmail.com). I will be staying at Hiroshima. I will surely come to meet you whenever I come to Delhi next.
Thank you once again !! Please take care of yourself.

Thanking you, Your Student,
