TITP Program
The TITP program, which was initiated by the Government of India & Japan promotes international collaboration through the transfer of skills, technology, and knowledge among the participating countries thereby, contributing towards the human resource development.

What we do
As a sending organization empaneled by the Government of India, we train our candidates in various scopes such as Language, Business Manners, Culture, Terms, etc. and send them to Japan ready to join Companies right away.

1. Accept applicants / Recruit
In the first stage we accept applicants that fits the job categories we currently operate on. We also recruit and train Skilled candidates when requested by Companies.

2. Training
In this stage the selected candidates undergoes extensive training wherein they are trained of Japanese ways and skill sets which meets the required profile set by the Companies, also to make assimilation easier once they reach Japan.

3. Preparation
Once the training is completed, we will be assisting the candidates in obtaining proper Visa to work in Japan and informing them of prerequisites to enter and work in Japan.

4. Fly them to Japan
In the final stage, when all preparations are completed, we will send our candidates to pursue their dreams in Japan.
